Federal employees also get paid a premium to work after 6pm, and on weekends, get paid holidays, Over Time, and vacation time. Federal employees get most of the benefits everyone gets in more socialist countries , all approved by Congress ((because they get it too)) all the while completely supporting that no one else gets them.
